Operations Associate (Collectibles Processing)

Shift/Schedule1st Shift | Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Our client is a global leader in collectibles authentication — grading, verifying, and protecting high-value items like trading cards, comic books, coins, and memorabilia for collectors and enthusiasts worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Receive and sort incoming collectible items, verifying accuracy and completeness against order records
  • Enter item details into the company's system and generate order labels for each submission
  • Carefully handle and encapsulate high-value collectibles including trading cards and comic books
  • Inspect items for quality control, confirming all order details meet established standards
  • Package and prepare completed orders for shipment following proper procedures
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve order discrepancies
  • Maintain an organized, clean workstation and follow all handling and safety protocols

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling delicate items
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small, high-value objects with care
  • Ability to follow written processes, stay organized, and maintain consistent output in a fast-paced setting
  • Team-oriented with a professional attitude
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
