Purpose of the Role
Branson Bank exists to help our neighbors prosper-and the Retail Operations Associate ensures our retail network runs accurately, consistently, and in step with policy so customers receive dependable service every time.
Key responsibilities include supporting branch operational processes; reviewing transactional activity and reports; completing reconciliations; tracking exceptions and follow-up items; maintaining required records, schedules, and documentation; and partnering with associates and leaders across locations to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Required qualifications/skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in retail banking operations and branch processes
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities
- Tech aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Clear written/verbal communication and strict confidentiality
