The Operations Associate-Digital Support is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results for the ongoing support of Stifel’s Client Facing Platforms, including Digital Client Applications and Digital Banking products. This role requires the ability to develop a strong understanding of digital support functions, including troubleshooting, training support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position partners with IT Product Support, Stifel Bank associates, and branch office personnel to deliver a high level of client service while adhering to established procedures.

This is a compressed schedule position working 4 days/10 hour shifts. 


  • Accurately provide phone support with a high level of customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to client-facing applications and digital banking products.
  • Provide high-level customer service for banking-related inquiries including digital banking access, debit cards, credit cards, and online banking.
  • Develop effective communication with clients, branch personnel, bank associates, and internal teams.
  • Identify issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Provide timely updates on issue progression.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Maintain a professional and client-focused approach at all times.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong phone communication and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to learn and support digital platforms and banking products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as part of the regular schedule.
  • Capacity to work efficiently with little to no direct supervision.

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum Required: 0+ years of professional business-related experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Proficient in internet browsers and troubleshooting (e.g., Edge, Chrome, Safari).
  • Financial systems knowledge (e.g., Thomson One, BETA) preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking platforms (e.g., Premier/Navigator) preferred.  #LI-AS1
