Job description

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order pulling, inventory put-away, and general warehouse organization. This role requires sit-down forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights. In some cases, the hiring manager may extend an offer based on resume review alone, without an interview.

Responsibilities
  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment accurately
  • Put away inventory and stock materials in designated locations
  • Receive, verify, stage, and organize incoming materials
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
  • Read and follow work orders and inventory instructions
  • Job duties may align with roles such as Floater, Pipe Yard Inside/Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of recent warehouse experience, including sit-down forklift operation
  • Forklift experience is required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for a full 8-hour shift
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 15–20 feet
  • Ability to read and understand work orders
  • Consistent work history with no more than 3-month gaps (any gaps must be clearly explained on the resume)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cherry picker experience (training available)
  • Background in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory
  • Product knowledge or the ability to learn products quickly
