Job description

We're seeking a Sr. Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. You'll be the operational backbone for our GTM leadership-owning the rhythm of the business, turning data into decisions, and ensuring our GTM strategy translates into clear, measurable execution. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operational rigor, and strategic thinking.You'll partner closely with our Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to give GTM leaders the data, reporting, and operational structure they need to run the business week to week and quarter to quarter.

Your Day to Day:

Operating Cadence & Rhythm of Business

  • Drive the weekly rhythm of the business: own operational reviews of KPIs, lead revenue and pipeline meetings, and coordinate updates on strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Lead ongoing reporting on business performance to support GTM leadership and daily operations-ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time
  • Run quarterly business review processes end-to-end: template design, data preparation, facilitation, and follow-through on action items
  • Build and maintain the GTM operating calendar-ensure planning cycles, reviews, and cross-functional check-ins happen on schedule and with purpose
  • Translate company-level initiatives into segment-level execution plans and help drive alignment across teams

Analytics & Executive Reporting

  • Build and maintain the executive revenue dashboard, providing board-level visibility into our Sales motion, marketing performance, and overall GTM performance against plan.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our go-to-market model across Sales and Marketing: identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and rep productivity
  • Analyze effectiveness of our marketing efforts: measure channel performance, campaign ROI, and MQL-to-close conversion across segments
  • Provide analytical depth to help prioritize and drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth-model scenarios, size opportunities, and quantify tradeoffs
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, Data, and GTM Engineering to ensure clean underlying data and trustworthy reporting infrastructure

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Support our Sr. Director in GTM leadership discussions by preparing data-backed materials, analysis, and clear summaries that inform decisions
  • Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and GTM Engineering to ensure strategy translates into execution
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the RevOps team on analytical methods, business acumen, and stakeholder communication

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years in Sales/Business Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Planning, or a related function including significant experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Strong analytical background-proven track record of drawing insights from large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable strategies
  • Expert Salesforce fluency; advanced proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Excel) and executive presentation software
  • Excellent communicator and project manager-you can lead cross-functional initiatives, make final recommendations, and present comfortably to senior executives
  • Operationally focused, process-oriented, and data-driven; you build metrics-driven environments and hold teams accountable to outcomes
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to the annual plan and zoom in to a weekly pipeline number without losing the thread
  • Self-directed and highly organized; you own your workstreams end-to-end and proactively flag risks before they escalate
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment where priorities shift and speed matters
