Job description

ECS is seeking an Operations/C2C Analyst to work in our Sierra Vista, AZ office.
The Operations/C2C Analyst is part of the 24x7 OPS team to provide IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of DoD IT Systems. The Operations/C2C Analyst will be responsible for the operation and system administration of various ESS tool set Systems supporting the efforts out of Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Operations/C2C Analyst will also be responsible to assist Network engineers to triage endpoint 802.1x authentication issues as well as support customer system administrators who need to repair endpoints for compliance in the Army.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide system administration and maintain operations of ESS servers.
  • Implement ESS migration/compliance strategy.
  • Troubleshoot ESS product issues and outages.
  • Support customer Network and System engineers to enable and maintain connections to the network, including triage of endpoint 802.1x authentication, and ensuring endpoint compliance with respect toe ESS components.
  • Administer policy catalog management.
  • Coordinate ASI details and planning as needed.

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 2+ years of related ESS technical experience.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and networking.
  • Currently possess CompTIA Security+ce or an equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II baseline certification.
