Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate scheduling activities, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Communicate with executives and line management to gather, organize, and convey critical business information.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, appointments, and executive administrative support functions.

  • Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Experience providing administrative support, executive support, or operations support in a professional business environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and business partners.
