Serve as a subject matter expert and independent consultant to government clients on undersea vehicle simulations, torpedo test assessment criteria, and weapon programmatic initiatives. Coordinate technical approaches, multi-year integration plans, and resource allocations with military personnel, Fleet commands, Navy resource sponsors, and international partners. Lead the verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) workflows for warfare simulation infrastructure, data collection, and tactical employment frameworks. Oversee programmatic and technical problem-solving involving engineering, information technology, staffing, budgets, and hardware/software investments.

Education: Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Mathematics
Experience: 15-20 years professional experience in operations research.
Domain Expertise: Comprehensive tactical and operational knowledge of Undersea Sensors, Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW/ASUW), and naval torpedo systems.
