Job Description:

Job Summary

Oversees administrative functions including operations, marketing, facilities, revenue cycle, human resources, planning, and development. Manages recruitment, orientation, retention, and performance of staff while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with medical and administrative leadership to implement enterprise-wide initiatives and continuous improvement strategies. Analyzes operational performance, develops budgets, and drives quality improvement to achieve organizational goals.


Essential Functions

Oversees daily operations and workflow of medical practice environments to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Develops and implements strategic, operational, and capital plans aligned with organizational goals.

Manages financial activities, including budgeting, fiscal analysis, contract oversight, and revenue monitoring.

Directs recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of staff to ensure competency and optimal staffing.

Ensures quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation for clinical operations and patient care.

Leads initiatives to enhance customer service, patient satisfaction, and community outreach.

Utilizes data analytics, health information systems, and reporting tools to drive process improvement.

Facilitates effective communication and collaboration among staff, leadership, and external partners.


Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement

Associates or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, or a related field


Experience Requirement

4-5 years of relevant/progressive experience in healthcare administration, nursing, or a relevant area


An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
