Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Operational Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include the accurate presentation of financial information and management reports that comply with accounting rules and regulations; oversight of the accounting and auditing functions; project support and assisting with accounting system conversions; leadership and contribution on process improvement initiatives; maintaining and strengthening the internal control environment; and supervising, training, mentoring, developing and managing direct reports.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
• 2 years' accounting experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
