Job description

Duration: 36 Months Job Description: Seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training solutions that support operational readiness and business performance. This role partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate technical content into effective learning experiences. Responsibilities: Design and develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and eLearning training using ADDIE methodology Partner with SMEs to gather content and develop structured training curriculum Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple locations (in-person and virtual) Support training projects from analysis through implementation Update training materials based on system or process changes Required Qualifications: Experience developing and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning training Strong working knowledge of ADDIE methodology Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Desired Qualifications: Experience in technical or operational training environments Experience supporting system implementations or process changes Familiarity with training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick) Experience:Technical Training Specialist Experience developing and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning training Strong working knowledge of ADDIE methodology Skillsets: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Teams, SharePoint Power BI (preferred) Education: Bachelors degree Additional Details: Travel: Up to 25% (regional travel required) Locations: IN, OH, KY, NC, SC, FL About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
