Boeing's Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (ESTS) organization is currentlyseekingan Operational Technology Integration Specialist(Experienced or Senior) to join our Building Operational Technology team inMesa, AZ, Seattle, WA, Renton, WA, Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC.Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 3 and Level 4 Specialists to find the best fit for the position.

This position requires someone who thrives in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be a key contributor to building and advancing the Operational Technology (OT) team, responsible for integratingcutting-edgetechnologies that support critical industrial and infrastructure systems. You will fulfill a broad range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often as the OperationalTechnologylandscape continues to develop. The ability to adapt and innovate within complex operational environments is paramount to being successful in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Buildsprocesses, standards, and operational frameworks from the ground up

  • Assessescurrent Operational Technology systems for compliance with IT standards and regulations

  • Developsandmodifydocumentation to guide teams with procuring and provisioning assets through IT for OT systems

  • Leads orparticipatesin meetings with other organizations to create andvalidateprocesses

  • Facilitates discussions and meetings to address IT compliance requirements and operational needs, to includeforecasting of new systems or enhancements and upgrades of existing systems

  • Collectsandanalyzedata from various systems, perform analysis, summarize findings, makerecommendationsand implement improvements

  • Performs problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating,developingand preparing alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations

  • Provides input into budget developmentand respondsto audit requests for regulatory records compliance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • 1+ year of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations and/or Facilities Management

  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, then summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

  • Experience developing and managing internal processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with Operational Technology, industrial controlsystemsand relevant IT frameworks (e.g.NIST, ISO)

  • Experience in facilitiesOperational Technology (OT) systems, industrial controlsystemsor facilities maintenancesystems

  • Experience with cybersecurity principles specific to OT environments, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies

  • Experience with Global programs anddemonstratedability to lead initiatives across geographic locations

  • Experiencewith project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, Jira)
