Senior Operational Technology (OT) Analyst

Company:

The Boeing Company's Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Operational Technology (OT) Analyst to support the Technology Governance & Optimization team in Seattel, WA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; North Charleston, SC; or Renton, WA.

This position will lead and facilitate the implementation of asset discovery and inventory capabilities across multiple industrial environments, focused on enhancing OT asset visibility, governance, and security. As an OT Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional deployments at scale, fostering key business partnerships, and ensuring the safe execution of deployment activities without disrupting operations.

This role requires a solid understanding of network infrastructure, production processes, asset management, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of discovery tooling across various sites to ensure comprehensive asset visibility and accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with site teams to identify and assess existing assets, infrastructure and processes, facilitating the collection of relevant data for integration

  • Identify and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions within industrial environments, meeting business and technical requirements as prescribed

  • Create comprehensive deployment plans leveraging existing network architecture, data flow analysis, and vendor hardware specifications

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless integration of data into existing management systems

  • Provide guidance and support to site personnel on implementation processes, tools, and best practices

  • Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely and successful implementation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with designing networks and creating network and data flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools

  • 5+ years of experience with IT asset management, software asset management, or related tooling (CMDB, SAM tools, discovery/endpoint management)

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

  • 5+ years of experience with technology development planning and execution in collaboration with government agencies, suppliers and partners

  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Experience working with ServiceNow or Armis Centrix

  • Experience executing projects within an Agile framework leveraging Azure DevOps or similar tools

  • Experience working with OT assets and their integrations with IT processes

  • Experience working on multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Experience utilizing excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills within cross-functional teams

  • Experience utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver technical solutions
