Position Overview
The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the Clearview standard across
our portfolio. This position supports field operations, ensures property readiness, and
upholds the quality and consistency expected of a luxury hospitality brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and takes
pride in creating beautiful, guest-ready environments. Every day is dynamic, hands-on,
and essential to delivering a 5-star experience.
Key Responsibilities
Property Inspections & Quality Control
Perform weekly inspections across all assigned homes
Complete detailed checklists with notes, photos, and reporting
Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure homes meet Clearview standards
Verify cleanliness, staging, functionality, and full amenity readiness
Ensure every home reflects a luxury, hotel-level experience
Repairs + Maintenance
Complete minor repairs, touch-ups, and day-to-day maintenance
Execute preventative maintenance schedules
Identify issues early and escalate or coordinate larger repairs
Assist with inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance items
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Assist in scheduling and overseeing vendors and contractors
Provide property access and monitor progress
Ensure quality of work aligns with Clearview standards
Communicate updates in real time to leadership
Errands, Logistics & Property Support
Pick up and deliver supplies, furnishings, and materials
Support new home setups, refreshes, and staging
Assist with wellness installations (saunas, cold plunges, etc.) when needed
Transport tools and materials between properties
Communication + Reporting
Capture photos/videos to document property condition and improvements
Clearly communicate updates, issues, and needs with leadership
Maintain responsiveness and reliability in daily operations
Uphold professionalism in all interactions
Additional responsibilities may evolve as the business grows.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and pride in execution
Basic repair and maintenance skills required
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical tasks
Highly dependable, punctual, and communicative
Previous experience in property operations, maintenance, or hospitality preferred
