Ceramic Metal Ring Process Expert
Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development of thick film pastes and processes, as well as the technology of ceramic-to-metal welding.
  • Based on product performance requirements and technology development roadmap planning, organize and conduct product planning and feasibility analysis.
  • Guide the preparation of engineering samples and verify product design functions and specifications.
  • Design product reliability verification schemes based on failure analysis causes and optimize the verification process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials such as metals, inorganic non-metals, chemistry, etc.;
  • More than 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a solid theoretical foundation and rich
  • Production application experience, having independently engaged in related product research

and development.
  • Proficient in thick film paste development, such as metal formulations, organic vehicle and additive development, and thick film process development.
  • Proficient in ceramic surface metallization processes.
