To meet the minimum qualifications of this position, you must clearly articulate and describe within your two (2) page resume evidence that you possess the Executive Leadership Dimensions (ELDs) and Mandatory Technical Requirements (TRs) related to this position. MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (TRs):

  • TR 1: Demonstrated executive-level experience leading enterprise scale, mission-critical IT infrastructure and operations including 24x7x365 environments while directing enterprise technology strategy, modernization, cybersecurity integration, resilience engineering, cloud and hosting services, and complex IT portfolios, collaborating across senior-level stakeholders to maintain safe, secure, reliable operational systems.
  • TR 2: Demonstrated experience ensuring the technical and operational integrity of an organization's large, complex IT infrastructure, including monitoring and re-establishing IT operations when a detrimental event or outage occurs.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP DIMENSIONS (ELDs)

  • ELD 1: Commitment to the Rule of Law and the Principles of the American Founding -This ELD requires a demonstrated knowledge of the American system of government, commitment to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law, and commitment to serve the American people.
