Ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with regulatory standards, while serving as a key escalation point for complex matters.
  • Audit & Examination Support - Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audit and exam activities. Track findings, support remediation efforts, and ensure documentation and responses are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Team Leadership & Development - Supervise and develop Risk Specialists by assigning work, monitoring workload, and providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Support ongoing training and ensure team knowledge remains current with regulatory and procedural changes.
  • Training & Cross-Functional Support - Support employee training efforts related to compliance, fraud, and risk management. Serve as a resource for departments and assist with maintaining procedures, workflows, and documentation to promote consistency and efficiency.
