Position Purpose:

The Intercompany Planning Manager oversees all planning, coordination, and execution of intercompany supply, demand, and financial flows across the global organization that supports the Lindt US division. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in intercompany transactions while driving alignment between Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and regional business units. The manager is responsible for forecasting, inventory planning, process governance, and continuous improvement of intercompany planning systems and workflows.

This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Intercompany Planning

Lead end-to-end intercompany planning, including demand forecasting, supply allocation, and inventory balancing across US distribution network.

Own the intercompany S&OP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between manufacturing/co-packing sites, distribution centers, and commercial teams.

Maintain accurate intercompany demand signals and supply plans in planning systems (e.g., SAP, IBP).

Monitor and resolve intercompany supply constraints, capacity issues, and fulfillment risks.

Develop and maintain standardized intercompany planning policies, KPIs, and governance frameworks.

Lead root-cause analysis for service failures, inventory discrepancies, and planning variances.

Intercompany Compliance

Partner with Finance to ensure accurate transfer pricing, cost flows, and month-end close activities.

Collaborate with Logistics and Trade Compliance to ensure timely, compliant movement of goods across borders.

Reconcile and resolve PO and invoice discrepancies.

Operate within global intercompany policies and internal controls.

Other Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline intercompany processes and enhance data quality.

Provide leadership, coaching, and cross-functional communication to ensure global alignment.

Support intercompany sourcing and set up for Lindt US commercial initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge:

5-8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or intercompany operations.

Strong understanding of global supply chain networks, transfer pricing, and intercompany accounting.

Proficiency with advanced planning systems and ERP platforms.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field

MBA or APICS/CSCP preferred.

Total Rewards:

Compensation Range: $108,000-140,000.00
