Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Intern to support our Health, Safety amp; Environment team. This internship provides hands-on experience in workplace safety practices, environmental compliance, and health amp; safety management systems. The intern will assist in implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and programs
  • Support workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Help identify potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions
  • Assist in preparing safety reports, checklists, and documentation
  • Participate in incident investigations and near-miss reporting
  • Support safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards
  • Maintain HSE records, data, and filing systems
  • Support environmental initiatives such as waste management and sustainability efforts

Eligibility / Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in:
    • Occupational Health amp; Safety
    • Environmental Science
    • Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical)
    • Or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of HSE principles and safety regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and work in field and office environments

Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • Basic understanding of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001
  • Familiarity with hazard identification and risk assessment
  • Prior academic projects or coursework related to safety or environment
