Job description

The Opportunity

Adobe's Business Process Optimization (BPO) team is looking for a Sr. Manager to lead program delivery across Corporate Accounting and Operations (CAO). You'll oversee a broad mix of work that includes business transformation, process design, automation, system enhancements, production support, bug fixes, and continuous improvements that keep Finance running smoothly while preparing it for what's next.

This role combines people leadership with ownership of both process improvement and delivery. You'll lead a team of program managers who partner closely with CAO leaders to understand current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and guide work from intake through implementation. You'll set priorities, align resources, navigate competing business needs, and personally lead several of CAO's highest-impact cross-functional programs.

What you'll Do
  • Lead and develop a team by providing direction, removing obstacles, coaching performance, and helping team members grow into strategic business partners.

  • Design future-state operating models that simplify business processes, improve operational performance, and create clear implementation roadmaps.

  • Drive and own complex programs from planning through implementation, delivering high-impact solutions that improve how the business operates and create measurable value.

  • Deliver clear, timely updates on priorities, progress, risks, capacity, and business outcomes that support informed decisions.

  • Develop AI-enabled ways of working by embedding AI into program management practices, helping teams accelerate delivery while improving quality and consistency.

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years leading enterprise programs, business operations, or technology initiatives, including people leadership.

  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing program or project management teams while remaining actively involved in delivery.

  • Hands-on experience leading business process design from current-state discovery through future-state design and implementation, applying Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.

  • Track record of establishing governance, prioritization frameworks, executive reporting, and operating rhythms for complex organizations.

  • Proficiency with Jira, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Power BI, or similar portfolio management and collaboration tools.

  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and modern program management practices that improve planning, prioritization, process design, requirements development, and delivery.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships, communicate effectively, and influence decisions across a complex, matrixed organization.
