BizTek People is looking for an experienced Operational Resilience Program Manager (Financial Services) for our client in NYC!
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Full-TimeOnsite/Hybrid (per client policy)
Contract: 6 months with potential extension
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k
Lead and deliver a regulatory compliance initiative aligned with DFS 500.4, including business requirements definition, methodology documentation, roadmap development, and project execution.
Manage a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) regulatory compliance and improvement program to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Develop Disaster Recovery policies and procedures to document minimum recovery requirements for people, processes, and technology.
Position Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably in financial services, with a focus on Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and/or Disaster Recovery
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial services regulatory requirements related to BC/DR
  • Big 4 consulting or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven project management and delivery experience
  • Experience writing policy and procedure documentation
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
