MANAGER

GAME DAY
Our Managers are on the front line, operating our sports bars on a day to day basis.
As a To Go/People Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery Team Member execution and overall performance. It will be up to you to make sure that operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans. You'll also be responsible for ensuring our team is fully staffed with All Pros and that we are constantly helping our team get better through on-going training and development.
As a Service/Profit Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing Front of House (FOH) operations and will directly oversee all Servers and Bartenders. It will be up to you to make sure that FOH operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans, focusing on Guest Engagement and satisfaction. If that weren't cool enough, you'll also ensure that we have a game plan to address any and all opportunities to strengthen our bottom line.
As an Operations & Kitchen Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the kitchen. Why do we call it Heart of House (HOH)? Our kitchen is the heart of our restaurants, this is where most of the magic happens. You'll be responsible for the execution and performance of the HOH. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that we are meeting all food safety and sanitation standards, that all of our equipment is in great shape, and that we are clean, clean, clean!
WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK, HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • You know the business. You have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.
  • You have the education and experience. You're a high school graduate or similar and possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law). Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree, have 2 years of restaurant experience and/or 1 year of previous management experience.
  • You're Team focused. You have a passion for training and developing your Team.
