In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day operations, lead a team of Supervisors and front-line employees, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver results to clients and customers.

You’ll bring strong leadership, sharp communication skills, and a strategic mindset to every challenge, whether it’s resolving a complex client issue or pushing forward a process improvement initiative. This is a hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week and is based in Tulsa OK. 


What You’ll Do

Lead the charge: Oversee a team of Supervisors and front-line staff, ensuring smooth operations, fast turnaround times, and top-tier quality every day.

Be a change-maker: Identify and drive process improvements that make teams more efficient and clients more satisfied.

Develop talent: Support and coach managers in hiring, performance development, and team engagement, helping your people grow and succeed.

Be the go-to communicator: Handle high-stakes client and internal escalations with confidence and clarity, turning problems into opportunities.

Set the standard: Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and push for continuous improvement, always raising the bar.

Stay connected: Hold regular 1:1s, skip-levels, and team check-ins to keep communication strong and goals aligned.

Think big: Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth, bringing fresh ideas to the table and seeing them through.

Create career paths: Mentor high-potential employees and help shape the future leadership of the organization.

Keep it compliant: Ensure all policies, procedures, and client requirements are followed to the letter.

Experience: Minimum 4–6 years leading teams in a deadline driven environment, with a proven track record in operations and people leadership.
