Job description

Specific duties and responsibilities of a Store Manager include assignment and follow-up in the areas of Customer service, merchandising, foodservice, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitability. The Store Manager may perform housecleaning duties as necessary and are responsible for enforcing all company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will create a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect. The desired candidate must have a high school education or equivalent, previous people management experience, must be self-motivated, dependable, have the ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast-pace environment while maintaining total customer focus.
