Job Title: Operations Manager This position salary range is $70,000-$80,000 annually. Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the headquarters and federal contracts. Will establish and monitor performance goals of employees.

The Operations Manager must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the parameters of the contracts. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients, leaders, vendors, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing Federal and Commercial Contracts.

Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sales/Purchasing Agreements, Sub-Contracts, Consulting Agreements, Master Agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions on all standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with customer attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus has been reached. Manages all communication between executives, account managers and employees. Proactively keeps others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.

Determine quality management objectives and responsibilities and implement policies and procedures to satisfy requirements. Communicate and coordinate with employees to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), policies and employee handbook. Reviews and completes contract reports regularly.

Manages and supervises operations staff with day-to-day activities. Review weekly activity reports to ensure team members are executing tasks and meeting deliverables on schedule. Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)

Perform contract close-out, extension or obtain option years for renewal. Perform duties as needed to assist the department and organization. Assist with sourcing candidates via phone or in-person interviews.
