The Operations Coordinator at Malca-Amit is required to work in a fast paced customer focused environment and will be responsible for coordinating the full airfreight import/export/domestic cycle. A successful candidate will assist the Operations Manager to oversee imports, exports and domestic shipments, as well as handling of numerous sensitive commodities, within Canada and to various international destinations & origins throughout the Malca-Amit global network. This collaborative process entails extensive interactions with various domestic and international stakeholders.

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for understanding the latest IATA regulations and will also analyze freight costs, free trade agreements, and coordinate with Customs Brokers for the best overall outcome.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
