Job description

The Joint  Chiropractic is looking for an organized and proactive working Assistant Operations Manager to support multiple clinics across the Northeast Georgia / Gwinnett County area.

 

You’ll work as a Wellness Coordinator in a clinic along with assisting in management and oversight of ten Joint clinics.  That role includes oversight of daily operations, supporting clinic teams, and ensuring each location delivers an excellent patient experience. You'll work closely with owners and leadership to drive performance, maintain quality standards, and achieve best in region results.


 

Pay: $42,000/yr  + bonuses and performance incentives  


Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Support daily operations and ensure consistency across multiple clinics.
  • Serves as a Wellness Coordinator, guiding patients through care plans, services, and wellness programs
  • Educate patients on treatment options, memberships, and wellness packages to support long-term care
  • Monitor performance metrics and assist in meeting business goals.
  • Recruit, train, and coach clinic staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct clinic visits to assess operations and patient experience.
  • Communicate updates and performance reports to leadership.
 

Qualifications:

 
  • 2+ years in operations, retail, healthcare, or multi-unit management.
 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 
  • Ability to travel between clinics in the Gwinnett County area.
 
  • HR and staff training experience required.  
 
  • Passion for health, wellness, and team success.
