This role will support day-to-day business operations by assisting with reporting, data analysis, store support, commission tracking, and operational follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Operations team in daily business functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency across our retail locations by assisting with commission tracking, discrepancy reporting, inventory analysis, and store support.
The Operations Assistant will help identify trends, resolve reporting discrepancies, and provide timely support to store teams on operational issues. This position will also assist in improving reporting processes by leveraging technology and exploring AI-driven solutions to help automate manual reports, improve data accuracy, and create more efficient workflows.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve are essential for success in this role.

● Prepare and maintain discrepancy reports related to commissions, sales performance, and operational metrics.
● Support store teams with day-to-day operational questions, issue resolution, and process guidance.
● Monitor and analyze inventory reports, including missing devices, and inventory discrepancies.
● Generate recurring operational reports and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
● Identify reporting inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
● Assist with automation initiatives and AI-driven tools to streamline reporting and reduce manual workload.
● Support special projects and additional operational tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements:
● At least 1 year of experience in operations, administrative support, reporting, or data analysis.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
