Job description

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate in a safe, yet an extremely high paced, fluid environment. At the core, you must have the ability to safely optimize people and technology while ensuring quality in everything we do. You are responsible for the daily oversight of operations of the warehouse employees and to ensure compliance with all company policies.

Operation Management

  • Effectively and safely supervise the day-to-day operations monitoring workflows, accuracy, and productivity using ERP/WMS system and Devices
  • Ensure product damages are minimal
  • Verbal and written communication to the related internal Departments, and external vendors/carriers
  • Controls and manages product inventory

Equipment Management

  • Maintain to keep in good shape and monitor the Machine operation
  • Keep tracking the bills and lease-end protocols
  • Communicate with operators for any operation disruptions
  • Conduct and monitor Pre/Post inspection for equipment

Compliance/Safety Management

  • Responsible for training and cross training all workers
  • Ensures safety and all other policies are implemented and followed consistently
  • Conduct accident investigation per company guidelines, and use judgment and discretion to make findings and document them

Education & Qualification

  • High School Diploma or GED with 5 year of warehouse experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above with 3 year of warehouse experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • OSHA 10-hr Certificate Knowledge
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft EXCEL, MS-Word, and Power Point, etc
  • Vendor Management and Negotiation
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
  • Good Management of Complaints
  • Good communication
  • Must have 3 years of warehousing experience
  • Project management for Operations management experience will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Warehousing, Logistics, and Transportation will be helpful
