Primary Purpose

The Project Manager supports projects from planning through completion by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, organizing activities, and supporting project teams. This role ensures work is delivered on time, meets customer expectations, and follows company standards and safety protocols. The Project Manager serves as the main liaison between customers, internal teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.


Essential Functions
  • Coordinate daily project activities, including scheduling, resource planning, and site or service logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Work with internal departments to review project requirements, confirm readiness, and address questions or issues.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress; promptly escalate risks or barriers to completion.
  • Conduct site visits, project walk-throughs, or service reviews to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Track materials, equipment, or service needs for projects and coordinate availability with appropriate teams.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates, progress summaries, and post-project documentation.
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating resources and facilitating communication across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety requirements, and customer or jobsite expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$73,530.00 - $106,590.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
