Build Electronics That Protect Lives and Power Critical Missions.
At Spartronics, we don't manufacture consumer electronics- we build highly reliable electronic products that customers trust when failure isn't an option. From advanced Aerospace & Defense systems to life-saving medical technologies, our teams manufacture complex electronic assemblies that must perform flawlessly in some of the world's most demanding environments. Every board, assembly, and system we produce represents our commitment to quality, precision, and doing things right the first time.
We're looking for a Quality Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving manufacturing processes, and partnering with customers to deliver exceptional quality. If you've built your career in Contract Electronics Manufacturing (EMS) and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you.
Why This Role Matters
As a Quality Engineer, you'll be one of the technical leaders ensuring our Aerospace & Defense customers receive products that consistently exceed their quality expectations. Your work won't just identify problems- you'll prevent them. You'll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, and our customers to improve processes, reduce risk, investigate root causes, and build a culture of continuous improvement across our facility.
Your decisions will directly impact:
  • Customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Product reliability in mission-critical applications
  • Manufacturing efficiency and process capability
  • Regulatory compliance for highly regulated industries
  • Continuous improvement across our Brooksville operation

If you enjoy being the person others rely on to solve complex manufacturing challenges, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
Every day brings a different challenge. You will:
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality, reduce defects, and drive operational excellence
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and CAPA activities using structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Support Aerospace & Defense customers by ensuring compliance with customer-specific and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct process audits and quality reviews to ensure products meet AS9100 and internal quality standards
  • Analyze quality metrics and manufacturing trends to identify improvement opportunities before issues occur
  • Develop quality plans, validation strategies, and verification activities for new and existing products
  • Participate in New Product Introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering, and production teams to resolve technical quality issues
  • Help strengthen and improve our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the facility
