YOUR ROLE

As a Construction Operations Foreman, you will play a critical role in supporting project execution, quality control, and trade work across multiple commercial construction projects. Your days will be spent utilizing your hands-on expertise in carpentry, framing, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and general construction trades while assisting project teams in maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

You will accurately interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to determine material requirements, estimate costs, and prepare construction materials to exact specifications. Drawing upon your remodeling and trade experience, you will perform and oversee work involving framing, trim, windows, doors, siding, and a variety of finish trades while ensuring all work aligns with project requirements and company standards.

In this role, you will serve as a valuable quality control resource, providing project oversight and backup support for Superintendents as directed by the General Superintendent. You will proactively identify and resolve construction issues, prioritize tasks to minimize production delays, and lead other skilled trades assigned to projects. Safety will remain a top priority as you ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times.

You will also support punch list completion and warranty work by evaluating construction concerns, identifying root causes, developing practical action plans, and coordinating repairs that meet client expectations. YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position. Specific work schedules and project assignments will be provided based on operational needs, project timelines, and company workflow.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, remodeling, or related trade work
  • Strong working knowledge of carpentry, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, flooring, framing, trim, doors, windows, and siding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety
  • Reliable transportation, excellent attendance record, and ownership of a complete set of professional-grade tools
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support skilled trades personnel

Cutting-edge technology skills and experience with construction management software are preferred for this Construction Operations Foreman role!
