The Opportunity

As an Acceleration Center - AWM Operations Management Consultant - Exp. Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance productivity and drive business performance. This role offers the chance to work closely with diverse clients, helping them streamline processes and achieve their business goals.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be driven by curiosity, adapting to various client needs and team dynamics, and taking ownership of your development. The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
