Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience:
  • Ten (10) years with Master's or Fourteen (14) years with Bachelor's degree of professional experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance. Individual shall have experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support. Individual shall have notable experience preparing and delivering presentations/briefing and have experience being the task lead/manager. Experience shall include Systems of Systems Engineering including but not limited to the integration, testing, and evaluation of COTS and GOTS products into existing SIGINT systems in accordance with DoD standards. Additionally, experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with familiarity in associated DoD and commercial standards.
  • TS/SCI level Clearance required.

The scope of work covers systems engineering, technical, and management support services for the government and its associated acquisition, technology, logistics, and program management offices. Support is provided to multiple stakeholders responsible for the development, integration, and sustainment of specialized operational capabilities. Configuration management and associated systems engineering activities are conducted through a collaborative effort among multiple government and partner organizations to ensure interoperability, performance, and lifecycle support.
