Registered Nurse (RN)

Cardio Vascular Operating Room

Key Details:
  • 3 - 12 hour shifts/week (0630-1900)
  • 2 openings
  • $74โ€“$79/hr, depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiovascular Operating Room team at a leading medical center in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for an experienced perioperative nurse passionate about delivering high-quality care in complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room for cardiovascular surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons during open heart, vascular, and thoracic surgeries
  • Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures
  • Ensure sterile technique and adherence to safety protocols
  • Operate specialized CVOR equipment and technology
  • Provide patient education and emotional support
  • Accurately document patient care and surgical activities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state license)
