We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in those details and knows how to inspire a team to deliver them consistently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings energy, organization, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll help lead the daily operation of our Housekeeping team, ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces reflect the elevated standards and distinctive personality of The Cottonwood.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment; supervisory experience preferred
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently prioritize competing needs
• A genuine hospitality mindset and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments
• Someone who leads with energy, professionalism, and a little personality
