Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and procedures

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed

  • Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents

  • Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance

  • Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake
