Position: Nurse Manager – Operating Room (Permanent)
Location: Tampa, FL 33613

Pay:

  • $77,000 – $144,000 annually (Depends On Experience)


Schedule:

  • Day Shift (typical OR leadership hours; may vary based on operational needs)


Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations of 18 OR suites

  • Lead team of ~100 FTEs with support of 2 ANMs

  • Ensure efficient surgical workflow, staffing, and patient safety

  • Drive quality, compliance, and performance initiatives

  • Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary leadership


Requirements:

  • Strong Operating Room leadership experience (required)

  • Previous management/supervisory experience preferred

  • Active RN license (state requirements apply)

  • BLS/ACLS (as required by facility)
