We’re seeking experienced and detail‐oriented Operating Room Registered Nurses to support surgical teams in delivering safe, efficient, and high‐quality perioperative care. If you thrive in fast‐paced OR environments and excel at sterile technique and collaboration, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.


Schedule

  • Per Diem
  • 8‐Hour Shifts Only
    • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Days)
    • 6:00AM - 2:30 PM (Days)
    • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Days)


What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Prepare operating rooms, ensuring instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and ready
  • Function as a circulating and/or scrub nurse based on assignment
  • Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control and safety standards
  • Monitor patient status and respond to changes during surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers throughout procedures
  • Perform and document surgical counts and intraoperative events
  • Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and post‐operative expectations
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes


What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
  • BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative protocols
  • Experience circulating and/or scrubbing preferred
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high‐pressure situations
  • Excellent communication skills and a team‐oriented mindset
