TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Lafayette, Indiana, 47904!

Travel RN โ€“ Operating Room (3x12's, Days)

Location

Lafayette, Indiana

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM) | 3x12-hour shifts, Mondayโ€“Friday (varying days off) | 36 guaranteed hours per week | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients across a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart procedures
  • Operate and assist with a variety of OR equipment within a 10-room surgical suite
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Anticipate surgical team needs and proactively support efficient OR workflow
  • Participate in weekday and weekend on-call requirements as scheduled
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and anticipate team needs in a fast-paced surgical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Robotics training or experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures
  • Experience with Vascular or Open Heart surgical cases
