Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a travel assignment. The position involves providing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment throughout the process.

Position Details
  • Duration: 13 Weeks
  • Shift: Various start times, including 4-10 hour shifts and 5-8 hour shifts
  • Call Requirements: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
  • Floating: Not required
  • Orientation: Approved orientation of 1 week
Responsibilities
  • Assist with surgical procedures as a circulating nurse.
  • Maintain a sterile field during surgeries.
  • Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Indiana.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
