Key Responsibilities
  • Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties including OB/GYN (inclusive of C-sections), orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and ENT
  • Work across 4 OR suites as well as additional procedure rooms within a small, collaborative department
  • Assist with room turnover and cleaning between cases as needed given the small department size
  • Serve as a second set of hands in the PACU during callback cases, supporting the recovery team without independently recovering patients
  • Complete a brief hospital orientation covering policies and procedures, then undergo departmental competency check-offs
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an OR RN
  • Strong proficiency and comfort with total joint and orthopedic cases
  • Prior travel nursing experience required
  • CPI, MOAB, or willingness to complete MOAB training (available onsite at candidate's expense)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in a rural or community hospital setting
  • Familiarity with ENT and urology surgical procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, cross-functional OR team alongside visiting specialist physicians
