Our Operating Partners enjoy a 3-part compensation package (based on 50 hour work week):

1. Annual earnings of $54,340 in hourly wage.

2. Operating partner bonus (Ability to earn $2400 every 4 weeks) - Average is $18,200 annually with ability for up to $31,200 annually.

***These 2 earning opportunities gives a starting income potential of $72,540- $85,540!!!

3. Paid health insurance (we pay a portion of the health insurance premium)

4. 2 weeks paid vacation per year
