Job description

Big Dan’s Car Wash is a rapidly growing express car wash company with locations in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. As a best-in-class operation, we are seeking leaders who don’t just want a job—they want to make an impact by rolling up their sleeves and driving results.

Successful Operating Partners are ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated hands-on leaders with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead from the front. They run the business as if it were their own, taking full ownership of performance, culture, sales, and day-to-day execution.
