Sommaire
L’aide à la production effectue diverses tâches afin de permettre aux opérateurs de préserver leur taux d’efficacité. Il (elle) assiste le superviseur.

Tâches et responsabilités
1. Départ/arrêt de production
• Assister le monteur-ajusteur.
• Nettoyer les différents équipements.
• Ranger/sortir les boîtes de matières premières.
2. Production
• Effectuer le changement de colorants des résines.
• Mélanger les matières premières à la main ou à l’aide d’un mélangeur.
• Alimenter les presses en matières premières.
• Fournir les opérateurs en matières premières, boites, sacs et autres fournitures.
• S'assurer que les opérateurs ne manquent pas de matériel tout au long du quart de travail.
• Participer ponctuellement à des projets d'amélioration continue.

3. Expéditions
• Emballer les palettes.
• Transporter les palettes de produits finis à l'aide du transpalette.
• Gérer le roulement des palettes dans l'entrepôt.

4. Maintenance
• Disposer des déchets et de la récupération.
• Faire la récupération de matériel (regrind).
• Nettoyer les filtres des séchoirs.
• Défaire les boites de matières premières au besoin.
5. Exigences
• DES général
• Compétence informatique intermédiaire
• Bonne maitrise du français écrit et oral
• Anglais de base (débutant)
• Autonome, rigoureux et attentif
• Assiduité et initiative
• Expérience en expédition réception

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Production start/stop
• Assist the fitter.
• Clean the various equipment.
• Putting away/taking out boxes of raw materials.
2. Production
• Perform the change of dyes of the resins.
• Mix the raw materials by hand or with a blender.
• Feed the presses with raw materials.
• Supplying operators with raw materials, boxes, bags and other supplies.
• Ensure that operators do not run out of equipment throughout the shift.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects from time to time.

3. Expeditions
• Pack the pallets.
• Transport pallets of finished products using the pallet truck.
• Manage pallet turnover in the warehouse.

4. Maintenance
• Dispose of waste and recycling.
• Regrind materials.
• Clean dryer filters.
• Unpack boxes of raw materials as needed.
5. Requirements
