Orthopaedic Surgeon
Sterling, Virginia
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a growing and well-established practice in Sterling, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a high-demand market with strong referral support and access to modern facilities.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and possess strong surgical and clinical skills.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures (general orthopaedics or fellowship-trained subspecialty welcome)
Develop comprehensive treatment plans including operative and non-operative management
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care
Collaborate with physical therapists, primary care physicians, and specialists
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Active or eligible for Virginia medical license
Fellowship training (Sports Medicine, Joint Replacement, Spine, Hand, Trauma, etc.) welcomed but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
