Pyramid Consulting is seeking an experienced RN OR Circulator for a travel assignment in San Rafael, California.

Location: San Rafael, CA 94903
Shift: Variable start/stop times | Weekdays Only

Pay Package

  • Regular Pay: $27.00/hr
  • Weekly Housing & Meal Stipend: $1,775.55/week
  • Weekly Gross Pay: $2,747.55 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)

Job Description

  • Provide circulating nursing care in a fast-paced surgical setting.
  • Prepare the operating room and ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
  • Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and advocate for patient safety.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection prevention standards.
  • Accurately document perioperative care and patient outcomes.
  • Independently circulate cases in multiple surgical specialties, including Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Eyes, and Plastics.
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. 

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Peri-Op 101 Certification is required.
  • CNOR certification preferred.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
  • Must be able to independently circulate the following service lines:
    • Urology
    • Vascular
    • Orthopedics
    • Pain Management
    • Spine
    • Eyes
    • Plastics
  • Strong perioperative, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center.
