Job Summary:
Fusion HCR is seeking a Systems Administrator focused on OPERA, Infor, and casino/hospitality management systems for a client in the gaming and hospitality industry. This role will support day-to-day operations, user access, troubleshooting, and system performance across critical business applications in a 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide day-to-day support for hospitality and casino systems, including OPERA, Infor, or similar platforms
โ€ข Troubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and application errors
โ€ข Support system configurations, updates, and ongoing maintenance
โ€ข Assist with integrations between systems and ensure data flow accuracy
โ€ข Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for internal users across business applications
โ€ข Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access
โ€ข Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to system access
โ€ข Work closely with business users to resolve functional and technical issues
โ€ข Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
โ€ข Support backup processes, system availability, and uptime
โ€ข Assist in identifying and resolving recurring system issues
โ€ข Partner with IT infrastructure, security, and vendor teams
โ€ข Work with third-party vendors for system support and issue resolution
โ€ข Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience supporting OPERA PMS, Infor, or similar casino/hospitality systems
โ€ข Background in application support, helpdesk, or systems support roles
โ€ข Experience troubleshooting user issues and system functionality
โ€ข Strong customer service and communication skills
โ€ข User access management and permissions
โ€ข Basic understanding of databases or system integrations is a plus
โ€ข Familiarity with enterprise environments (24/7 operations preferred)
โ€ข Must be able to pass a gaming background check
โ€ข Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with other property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc.)
โ€ข Gaming or hospitality industry experience
โ€ข Exposure to Active Directory or basic infrastructure support
