RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting, developing, and closing new business while maximizing room night production and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, local businesses, and community organizations to increase hotel visibility and repeat business.
  • Execute strategic sales efforts including outside sales calls, networking, telemarketing, and community engagement to generate new leads and referrals.
  • Negotiate room rates, contracts, and group business using yield management principles to optimize profitability and align with hotel sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, organized sales systems, including account management, reporting, and follow-up to ensure exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams to support overall sales strategy, quarterly action plans, and revenue goals.
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism and integrity, delivering a service-focused approach that enhances guest satisfaction and brand reputation.

What You’ll Bring
