About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a System Administration Support Analyst to provide operational, administrative, and security support for the Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA) Case Management, Tracking, Analysis, and Reporting System (CMTARS). This role supports the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and sustainment of a mission‑critical OpenText‑based system hosted within the AF Cloud ONE environment. The System Administration Support Analyst ensures system availability, security compliance, and performance while supporting development, staging, and production environments in accordance with DoD cybersecurity and accreditation requirements. What you'll do Provide application and system administration support for the CMTARS environment
Operate, maintain, and administer OpenText‑based applications and supporting components
Resolve technical and application‑related issues across development, staging, and production environments
Coordinate with system and database administrators to resolve production and sustainment issues
Respond to system outages and assist with recovery or restart of services
Monitor system performance and recommend application and infrastructure improvements
Support administration of cloud‑hosted environments, including Azure and AF Cloud ONE
Apply and maintain DoD STIGs, security controls, and accreditation requirements
Provide subject matter expertise for sustainment, modernization, and technology implementation initiatives
Support development, test, patch, integration, pre‑production, and production environments
Track, document, and report system administration issues and resolutions
Develop and maintain technical environment and system architecture documentation
Support audits, inspections, and security reviews as required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing systems or application administration support
Experience supporting OpenText platforms in an enterprise environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Cloud ONE administration
Experience administering identity and access services, including OpenText Directory Services and Active Directory
Demonstrated experience hardening systems and cloud environments using DoD STIGs
Experience supporting operations and maintenance of mission‑critical systems
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Security+ certification (DoD 8140 compliant)
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification
OpenText System Administration certification
NACI Clearance Preferred Qualifications
OpenText AppWorks certification (version 20.2 or earlier supported versions)
Experience supporting OpenText Content Server and related OpenText products
Experience supporting systems hosted in AF Cloud ONE environments
Familiarity with Configuration Control Board (CCB) and change management processes
Experience supporting development and sustainment in regulated DoD environments
