Job Description – OTMM (OpenText Media Management) Consultant

  • Implement, configure, and support OpenText Media Management (OTMM) solutions based on business requirements.
  • Manage digital asset workflows, metadata models, taxonomy, security, and user access controls within OTMM.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design DAM solutions.
  • Configure asset ingestion, categorization, search, and distribution processes.
  • Integrate OTMM with enterprise applications such as CMS, ERP, CRM, and other OpenText products.
  • Perform system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Support data migration, asset onboarding, and system upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
